What is included in the KSh 20,000/month starting bundle?
The bundle is an all-in-one package for Microsoft Teams users. As a certified Microsoft Partner, Iristel provides carrier connectivity via Operator Connect so you can make external calls inside Teams. It also includes cloud calling, secure call recording, ESET Protect Entry cybersecurity, and staff awareness training on a single invoice.
What cybersecurity and staff training features come with the bundle?
You get ESET Protect Entry to secure your laptops, servers, and mobile devices against ransomware and malware. We also include interactive ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training to help your employees spot phishing attempts and keep your network secure.
Is there a minimum user requirement?
Yes, the bundle requires a minimum of 5 users to activate.
How does the Webex bundle differ from the Microsoft Teams bundle?
Microsoft Teams: Microsoft handles your PBX, and Iristel provides PSTN connectivity via Operator Connect.
Webex: As a certified Cisco Partner, we supply the Webex softphone app backed by our standalone Cloud PBX. You can also upgrade to full Webex UC for video meetings and team messaging.
How does Operator Connect work for Microsoft Teams?
Operator Connect links our carrier network directly to your Microsoft Admin Center—no hardware required. You simply assign Iristel phone numbers directly to your users inside Teams.
Can we keep or port our existing phone numbers to Iristel in Kenya?
Number porting is not currently available in Kenya. When you sign up, we assign fresh, direct business numbers straight from our local inventory so your company gets up and running without delay.
